Just 4 more volunteers needed on Saturday or Snack Bar will close early

Due to a current lack of volunteers from 2:15 through the end of the day (until around 3:30pm) from Divisions 06UB, 07UG,10UG and 14UG, we will very possibly need to close Cafe 58 (the Snack Bar) 1 1/2 hours early on Saturday.

We need 7 people to help us at the 2:15 to 3:30 time period, but only 3 people have signed up as of Friday night.  We have repeatedly sent email requests for help over the past two weeks, and we still need 4 more wonderful people to help out for less than 2 hours.  Even if it is not your Division Day, you can still volunteer and get credit for your team.

Several people have replied to our previous requests saying that they are out of town or not available (which are all very good reasons) and if you are one of those who responded, there is no need to send the same message again.  However, we would truly hope that a program our of size, with over 1400 kids playing, could manage to get 11 people (for the snack bar, information tent and field monitors) throughout the day. 

Please DO NOT REPLY to this email if you cannot help tomorrow - we understand that "life" happens, and people are busy with many commitments.  Board Members, Coaches, referees and team parents already carry much of the load of our program and we are not asking them to do more.  On the other hand, if you are not one of those individuals, and you can spare a couple of hours tomorrow afternoon (and pretty much every Saturday afternoon), then we would really appreciate your help.  We also do NOT want you to miss your child's game to volunteer at this time.

If you can sign up in advance on Signup Genius (at this link), that would be wonderful.  If you can't sign up, please just show up at the Snack Bar between 2:00 and 2:15.  ONLY 4 more people helping us out will enable us to keep the Snack Bar open until our normal time of 3:30 - please be one of those 4 that say "I will help" as opposed to one of the many that assume someone else will step up to help.

We cannot run this program without the help of parents who volunteer, so thank you in advance.
