Opening Day tips for a safe, fair and fun day
Hello soccer fans,
As you know, tomorrow (Sat, Sept 9) is Opening Day. I normally focus on the Snack Bar, but for tomorrow, here's just a few helpful tips to get us all through the day, in a safe, fair and fun manner:
1. get to the park early before your game - lots of families will be looking for parking and trying to meet up with their team.
2. be as kind, courteous, and safe as possible in the parking lot - kids will be running after balls and trying to find their friends, and they might not be paying attention to the cars.
3. keep yourself and your kids hydtrated - it's going to be hot on Saturday. We have stocked up at the Snack Bar on lots of water, gatorade, ice tea and smoothies to save you time and money.
4. go to the big blue information tents (next to the turf fields) to get answers to most of the questions.
5. support our program by coming to the Snack Bar anytime from 7am to 2pm for breakfast, coffee, lunch, drinks and snacks - all net proceeds go to fund our player scholarships!!! Link to the Snack Bar webpage (with Opening day menu and money-saving coupon) is

.
Have a wonderful day of games!!! I'll see you at the Snack Bar :)
