Fall Registration - ONLY in-person Registration event

In Person Regular Registration - Attendance at an In Person event is ONLY required if (1) you cannot pay online using credit or debit cards, (2) you absolutely need to pay with cash or check, (3) you want to request a scholarship in person (as opposed to via email), or (4) you have a burning desire to see a live person with payment.

The entire online user / player registration process, as described on the Registration / How to Register page (click HERE) must still be completed PRIOR to coming to the in-person registration.  We will have very limited computer resources at the event (at most, one laptop), so we strongly recommend that you follow the registration steps on the How to Register page using a computer at home, work, the library, or any other place you have access to a computer or laptop.

Where:  AYSO Region 58 Snack Bar, 14326 Hartsook St., Sherman Oaks, CA

Time:  Saturday, May 20 - 1:00pm to 3:00pm

What to bring:
Forms - nothing necessary to bring but the Registration process must be completed online prior to coming to the event
Payment:
1.  Credit card or debit card
2.  Cash - EXACT amount only - we do not have change
3.  Check - Make check payable to AYSO 58
