Player Withdrawal / Drop and Refund Request Policy
When you register your child for AYSO youth soccer the Region incurs registration costs. In addition, the process of team formation and balancing of teams requires that the Region be advised of any player withdrawals or drops immediately. Therefore, the following refund policy has been established:
- When the Region is notified, as provided below, of a player's decision to withdraw / drop from the program on or before June 30, 2018, a refund will be made of the appropriate registration fee paid less a $30 non-refundable registration processing fee.
- Refund requests MUST be submitted using the online form (as described below). We cannot accept or process requests made via email or other communications with Region personnel.
- If the Region is notified of a player's decision to withdraw / drop after June 30, 2020, no refund will be made.
- Any player who has participated in a team activity (practice, scrimmage or game) is not eligible for a refund.

Please note that when you register, your family is charged a membership fee of $20.00 by AYSO National. This fee is charged by the National Office, not our Region, and is non-refundable (as part of the total $30 non-refundable registration processing fee).
